  We had such a great experience working with Dwayne! This is our second home purchase that Dwayne has helped us with and each time he has made it a enjoyable experience. The best part about working with the Dwayne is that he freely shares information whether he has your business or not. When we were originally interviewing mortgage companies Dwayne spent time answering our questions without requiring any commitment or additional information. Other companies that we had dealt with required a litany of contact information and financial documents before directly answering our questions. Highly recommend Dwayne and his team!

  A national lender left us without a scheduled appraisal right before our closing. They told us to push our closing by 8+ weeks. We were panicking, but called Dwayne + team who stepped in and found us an appraiser. They helped us close even a couple of days before our contract deadline. Incredible team, wish we'd gone with them from the start. Even better rates than the national lender, too! Fantastic experience.

  I really can't say enough good things about Dwayne Coneeny and Advisors Mortgage Group. Not only did they offer me a great interest rate, I was given expert guidance every step of the way, from pre-approval to closing, on my home purchase...which was my first "For Sale By Owner" experience. Additionally, Dwayne and his team helped me navigate the added steps of the VA backed loan process with competence and efficiency. They will be the first people I contact if/when I decide to buy another home.

  Dwayne, Amy and Heidi were amazing. We ran into a glitch with our current bank. I was referred to Dwayne by both my lawyer and realtor. Dwayne and his team reacted very quickly. They were able to get our mortgage and closing in 3 weeks! They made the process very easy and painless. Any question I had, they immediately responded to. They helped ease my stress. I can't express how thankful I am to Dwayne and his team and I highly recommend them.
