  We could not be happier with our decision to work with John. Before approaching him we knew very little about the mortgage process and did not know if we would qualify. He educated us about the process and the implications of our own financial situation. After deciding to go forward, John and his assistant loan officer Brandi were there for us whenever - nights, weekends. They worked very quickly. They helped us buy our first home. Thanks to them the whole process went smooth as butter. Would definitely recommend!

  My realtor recommended I work with Tiffany. She is very knowledge and responsive. She was able to break down information in order for me to understand since the first time home buyer process can be challenging.   The previous owner had issues with their title and it took 3 1/2 months to close, but Tiffany was there to support us on every issue. At times she was the only person involved in the transaction that we were able to contact. She was truly there for us, she had our best interest at heart. The deal would have never of happened without her. We would give her six stars if we could.
