  Yup just kept me from purchase a ps5 from PlayStation direct, because of fraudulent claims since the company is in California….. so yeah I think I’m moving to a different credit union, can’t spend your own money. It happens all the time when I try to buy tools for work also. Every time you call these guys it’s a hassle on the phone. Just overall not happy I’ve been a member for like 6 months now and already want to move accounts

  Great bank! Been with them for years. Have never had any issues. I truly believe they care a great deal about their clients. Fast, efficient , and incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend call federal credit union to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable bank.

  Great benefits for members. Great customer service.Staff is knowledgeable. Love that they have someone to work with you on your credit. Just got with them so I will up to 5 stars after if they continue the great service....I worked with Brian by the way and he was great

  WOW! There is NO other bank or CU you could use that has the services CALL offers, with such excellent friendly, accurate and professional customer service. CALL's associates create a professional environment but maintain an actual "family" feel to the organization both face to face and when you call in. Their website is top notch allowing me to handle many of my needs. But it's nice to know they are "there" when I require additional or personal help!! Love you guys!!

  I went in to refinance my car and had a great experience. I had a recent name change which made my credit a little messy. Will was extremely patient and guided me through the steps I need to take to get approved for the loan, ultimately saving me a bunch of money. He was knowledgeable, clear and non judgemental.. traits that are very important to me when doing business with someone.

  I cannot say enough about the great experience I had just a week ago with CFCU and Brian, the manager. This bank will work with you to help you with your purchase of a car FOR SURE!!!!! I didn't think they would approve me but they DID with an interest rate lower that any other bank. I feel like I am part of the CFCU family.

  The employees at the Atlee Branch along with every other Branch I've been to, are superb. We have been hacked and money has been taken out of our account from criminals and every time we ask for help they have succeeded in a very timely manner. A great credit Union

  I have been a member since 1981, and have never had any problems with you since! Bonnie Call is, without a doubt, the best!! I have known her since she was a teller at Commerce Road. She always has a smile and is most friendly. The Mechanicsville branch is great!
