  This office handled our closing with care. Step by step we were informed of the process. The "Ts" were all crossed and the numbers added up. Walked in signed the papers. Closing was flawless.

  My father selected Southern Sun Title Company in April of this year to handle the sale of his home there in Homosassa. Then when my father passed away in May, my brother and I became intimately involved with the sale of house...dealing with his realtor, and the wonderful ladies there at Southern Sun...specifically Tracy Gough, and her office manager Becky. Tracy's entire team did an excellent job handling the closing on my father's home, and jumped right on critical tasks with a sense of urgency...and with a wonderful sense of humor and outstanding customer service. It has been a pleasure working with these ladies over these last two months on all matters relating to my father's estate. They are personable, know their stuff, and are great to work with...then, and now. A special thanks to Becky for her personal attention to some of the open items since June...and to her personable care and assistance to my brother and myself. Thanks ladies!
