  The people who work there are the most caring and and helpful men and women. They have always been there for us no matter what our concerns or needs have been. They are very friendly and courteous every time when we go there whether we go in or use the drive in teller. Thanks to all who work there. This is the kind of bank that makes banking there great.

  This bank was the one we went through for our home loan when we bought our house in Ooltewah. Outstanding customer service, quick responses, courteous and always willing to answer questions. Rita was our advisor and she was outstanding. Can’t recommend much higher. Great.

  This Bank is rude not helpful an will let other people close your account. The president does not have time to even talk with his clients. Hides in his office and other people to do his work for them or her for her because I never even got to lay eyes on the person that is the president of this so-called financial institute

  I'd give 0 if I could. I've been fighting with them since October over auto drafting and paying online for my loan. They've overdrafted my account 2 times and again AFTER I'd paid the loan off. Horrible bank.

Since these duplicate payments resulted in overdrafts, our teammates were more than glad to reimburse you for the fees incurred at the other financial institution.   Will be withdrawing our money and everything to another bank it’s kinda disrespectful when we come through the drive through and need two or three things done and our lady is more than happy to help us then next to her is another bank teller and looking at my wife making punching gestures to the face and rolling her eyes and coming over to our teller and asking what do we need and being rude to us and then after we get a check done she comes back over ands starts asking us what we are doing with the check and asking if we are taking it to another bank I am pretty sure it’s none of her business what we are doing with it and especially when she isn’t even the one helping us and the lady that was helping was very sweet and more than happy to help but this week we will be moving everything to a bank where we don’t have to worry about being disrespected.
