  Jon and the team at So Cal Funding are amazing. They are a true partner, in the sense that they worked with me on a refinancing strategy over the course of months. When the time was right to make a move, they were on it! I had a few quotes, but nothing could touch what they were offering. But what really sets them apart is their customer service. Jon is an excellent communicator, and never sits around waiting for someone else to do it. He personally makes sure every step is completed in the best interests of his customers. As long as he is in business, I will only use Jon and his team. I cannot thank them enough!

  I can't say enough of about Jon and his team. I live in my dream home, and I owe it all to Southern California Funding, Corp. My circumstances are different then most, my husband and I own our own business and it made it difficult to separate our business finances from our personal finances. Jon and his team worked very hard, and walked me through every step of the way. I had tried getting loans from other lending companies but was unsuccessful.   Yes it was a lot of work. But you as a borrower helped by being cooperative in sorting out what the company paid of your personal bills vs. what you were responsable on a personal basis on your credit report.   Jon and how team was reliable, had great communication, and was on top of everything. I was worried the process would be stressful and daunting but with Southern California Funding it was smooth sailing. He emailed and called me regarding all updates. He even assisted in filling out all the paperwork so I wouldn’t miss a thing. The whole process took 30 days which was great.
