  Working with Sam has been by far the best experience I have had in my 4 years in Real Estate. Always available, always updating me and our clients with an update without having to be asked. Closing deals in 21 days in most of our transactions. Our clients love Sam's customer service and genuine care to help them into homeownership. The biggest game changer is being able to provide a conditional approval that has helped me get our clients offers accepted!

  Terry was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and communicated each step of my home purchase in a timely manner. I was able to pick up the phone (even on a weekend!) to ask a question and Terry would answer. There was no leaving a message and waiting for a response days later, like I have experienced with other companies. If you are looking for that personal touch and someone who is competent and professional, Terry fits the bill.

  Joe Damo provided excellent service for our loan. He walked us through the process and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner.   Johnny Majorek and his team assisted my parents in funding their new home. There are so many instances, situations, and details that the team handled with such professionalism and care. Johnny happened to be our first contact with Homebuyer Connect and he did not disappoint. My first impression of him was nothing short of first class. My parents hadn’t applied for a mortgage in over 49 years. Immediately upon receiving their information he conducted a phone consultation introducing himself and asking specific questions to get an understanding of their situation and needs. He then advised them of their options and predicted the outcome of each option he presented. He answered any questions they had and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He explained to them what they could expect during the process, from the initial application through completion and funding of the loan. His expertise in VA funding was invaluable. My parents had no idea going into it, that they qualified for second VA loan (Most folks think it is a one time benefit). He thanked my father for his service to the country (US Navy) and conversed with them about VA loan specifics. He shared stories with them from other military families that he’d helped, and dad shared similar military experiences and memories. He handled them with the utmost care and his relatability built a foundation of trust. He was responsive, attentive, proactive, and most importantly consistent. There were no surprises as he predicted the approximate loan amount and interest rate they could expect and also gave us an idea of what price range to shop. The application process was simple and easy and I must say that the user-friendly and secure website was an added bonus. It was super convenient to be able to log-in to the online portal day or night to obtain updates on the loan, upload requested documents, confirm outstanding action items needed to secure funding, and to visualize projected closing costs, mortgage payment, interest rate, etc. Each person we spoke to was patient and kind. I appreciated the constant communication and feedback from start to finish. Thank you again, Johnny, for making this happen for us!! - Another loyal customer and family!
