  My Husband and I relocated here to TN 12 years ago and randomly choose Southeast for our financial institution and it has been a wonderful experience from day one!! The Staff, especially Mrs. Vanessa has made our transition easy. I am so saddened to know that She will be retiring soon. Mrs. Vanessa has not only been a great Southeast representative, She has become a very Dear Friend. She’s the epitome of professionalism and kindness. The world could use more kind people like Her.   I went there today at 2:30 pm to open an account. I was told that they were short handed today but she would speak to a loan specialist to see if she could help me. She called the lady in the office behind the glass window, apparently the lady told her she was going to lunch and couldn’t help me. The lady at the counter suggested I return on Monday!! I left irritated and took my business down the street to Ascend, they were polite and professional, and took care of my needs.

  I had the extreme pleasure of working with Destiny this past week to help my daughter on an auto loan. Destiny was patient, prompt, passionate and polite. This was my daughters first time financing a vehicle so she needed a lot of hand holding which Destiny handled graciously using a motherly nurture through out the entire process. I can't express my deep gratitude for her level of sincere interest making sure my daughter understood every important detail. I've never interacted with Destiny prior, but she treated us like family giving us her undivided attention and superb service. I highly recommend SFCU for any type of auto loan needs (used or new) and if you can, ask for Destiny!!

  I have always found the staff to be extremely courteous and helpful. Patiently listened to my banking concerns responded in a very respectful manner. I have since moved to another city in Tennessee, but will continue to do my banking with them because of their excellent Customer Service.
