  A Special "Thank you" to Ron Pratt at Music City Truck and Trailer!!! We had the pleasure of meeting Ron through a friend's referral. At the time, we had no idea how special the relationship would be. On our first meeting, he had no idea who I was, but he warmly greeted me, on the truck lot, even though it was 10 minutes to closing time. He was extremely patient and I never felt rushed as he fully detailed the truck I was interested in. I shared with him that my wife and I are new business owners and he said "No worries, I am here to take care of you guys." That statement has proven to be true over and over again over the past few months. We feel extremely comfortable with our purchase and we look forward to continuing our business/friendship with Ron and Music City Truck and Trailer.   Ron Pratt did remarkable work for my company through the whole sale process. He was attentive punctual and understood what would help put my company on the path to success as a carrier.   I just purchased my second Truck from Ron Pratt and couldn't be happier with both experiences. Ron is a man of integrity who does what he says he's going to do. From the beginning of buying the truck, he never stops being in touch and part of the process especially after the sale as you build your fleet. There were a couple of issues after the 2nd purchase and he took care of them immediately. I can't say enough about him in his knowledge, integrity and follow though. He is not only the guy who sold me the trucks but has truly become a friend. I highly recommend him.
