  Not happy with the fact I had a fraudulant amount on my business account and after giving proper paperwork its taking 10 days too clear the mess up. Large sum of money was taken out of my account, which I feel should have been flagged causing account too be overdrawn. Cant buy products for my small business because I'm in the negative, taking way too long too clear up everything, when my personal bank does it the same day. Leaving this bank and opening my business at my bank. So disapointed for no support for a small business.

  My loan experience was very delightful and professional. Mrs McCoy worked with me throughout the entire loan process. She made follow up calls with the dealership on my behalf to ensure that all necessary paperwork were in place and that my best financial and vehicle purchase interest were taken care off.   90 day no payment auto refinancing. Life insurance reviews. Investment advisor on site. Seriously simplified banking always looking out for my best financial interests. Great options for credit cards, mortgages, and business banking. This place is doing it right!

  Some of the nicest staff in this office. They have helped me understand everything from checking accounts to big and small loans. When I call with questions they are always really nice even when they are incredibly dumb questions. I love banking with them.

  I usually use the machine outside on Main St, Summerville because I work during the day. I love that machine! I think it is the best investment the credit union has ever made. Also, my weekly pay is transferred from the company account to my account by the owner. That is a great service also Great service for both of us..

  They are offering mostly drive-thru services. I believe that you can go into the lobby if you make an appointment or have a special need. I have banked here for 40 years. I always feel that these service is friendly and accommodating. The building is easily accessible and always clean.
