  We recently applied for and accepted an auto loan from SCFCU. It was the easiest process with the best rates! The car dealer couldn't beat the rate after talking to the 20 loan officers they work with. Our loan expert also got us an exception for the length of our loan and I appreciate her going the extra mile!

  My overall experience where this bank manager refused to accept lawful forms of ID per their customer service department. Their lists of cants far out weigh their lists of cans. Ultimately closed my account only after 72 hours open. The deciding decision was when i discovered the institution as a whole will not protect peoples identity (PER POLICY) which is HUGE considering ive had my identity stolen prior. Wish yall best of luck.

  I have found Kevin Bolton, the bank manager, and the entire team at South Hampton to be fantastic! They have all bent over backwards to be more than helpful and I cannot thank them enough for all of their help and support. There is no other bank that I would rather bank with. Thanks so much to all of the South Hampton Team. You are fantastic!!

  If I could give this bank location 0 stars I would. The incompetence from their “financial managers” is negligent. I would def warn business owners from ever banking here.

  Alexis C. And Kevin B. we’re absolutely awesome! I walked in to open an account and left with an approval for a credit card for a balance transfer and refinanced my vehicle! The process was quick, easy and stress free !

  This bank started taking money out of my account because it was inactive. I would not recommend SCFCU. There are much better credit unions available with better rates, customer service and finacial services. Navy Federal is a great option.

  This was the easiest process for an auto loan. I was pre-approved over the phone and as soon as the sales agreement was received, the loan documents were finalized and I had my cashiers check. Everyone was extremely nice.

  Great rates and fantastic personnel. Justin Goble did a great job on my HEL. Thessa Kimmey took care of getting me squared away with membership and accounts. She's great and very personable. Chris at the Mt Pleasant branch even stayed late to help me get my son a car loan. So far, SCFCU is batting 1.000 in meeting my needs and the staff is incredible. Great service and people = terrific credit union!

  These folks are solutions focused. I became a member in 2007 when I moved to SC. I set up my account for my counseling practice and kept it until I retired in Dec of 2015. Always dependable..I took out a signature loan on my car with them..they offered me the best interest rate. Hands down, SCFCU rocks.

  During COVID-19, we had no issues taking care of our business at the drive up teller. South Carolina Federal credit union did an outstanding job with us having to make an appointment when it was time to speak with our advisor about our investments. Great job! Now that we may re-enter the lobby, we are sure that this excellent service will continue.
