Due to their great service and easy communications, South Atlantic Bank now handles all our personal and business banking needs.   Best customer service! We actually know who to talk to when working with our bank, verses our past experiences of big banks where we'd never know who we'd end up talking to and problem-solving or such was always a huge to-do. The people at South Atlantic make everything easy for us and are a joy to work with.

  If there was a way to give them more stars I would. I own a small business and we were referred to them by my accountant. I was so unhappy with our big national bank. Leah, Ted and the rest of the team at SAB helped us in ways that made such a major difference in our business, and this was only on day one. Since then, now several months later, I cannot say enough good things. Expect highly personalized service. Direct phone numbers of who to call is how they do business. When you call or write, they hop to it, always same day. I would never change banks or my bankers there. They are the very best you'll find anywhere!

  Stephen Windham and his Team provided the most over communicative loan process I have ever experienced. I have had many purchase over the years and this by far has been the best experience ever. They delivered on time with a very short time frame. Each time I call Stephen he picked up or called me back within the hour. He also was available via txt and Email day and night. It is what customer services is supposed to be, but lost with most companies today. I highly recommend.

  The staff at South Atlantic Bank East Bay location is very friendly, and extremely responsive. Every interaction has been pleasant and any question or issue was addressed immediately. I was so impressed, I moved all of my banking information interests to South Atlantic Bank!!

  Love the East Bay Branch of South Atlantic. It has parking which is essential for downtown. The staff at East Bay....they're phenomenal. They always go out of their way to help and are incredibly friendly. My whole family banks at South Atlantic and everyone at the branch knows us and always asks about other family members. They really do care.

  My heart is filled with so much JOY when I think about the dedication and the contributions South Atlantic bank has made to our community. We started our journey earlier this year when we opened a bank account with them. Leah and the team in downtown Charleston have gone above and beyond to accommodate our nonprofit "I Serve with JOY" even in the midst of the pandemic. Many lives have been touched and South Atlantic bank will forever be a pillar of our community efforts.

  Can't say enough about the staff at the East Bay location. I recently opened a business account and needed more information than I had on hand.
