  PNC is not qualified to be in the banking business. I have five mortgages and have been trying to get together with them about the payments and they are very, very difficult.

  I opened a PNC account while resolving some fraudulent activity with my credit union account. Unfortunately, I had to leave to Charleston, for work, before receiving my debit card in the mail; this left me with no availability to my funds, which could have been a big headache, to say the least. But, Yarelis was able to provide me with some much needed funds from my account in a matter of minutes. Thanks, Yarelis! I know it took me awhile to get this review up and show my appreciation, but I never forgot about the great job you did for me that day. You are an asset to PNC, and we definitely appreciate you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 experience all the way, from the teller that initially assisted me and then to Yarelis' office. Thanks!

  I came into PNC today to try to secure a loan for a car, and although I didn't get a loan, Erica was extremely friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to assist me. I've had a really rough couple of weeks and I came into the bank fairly irritable but Erica took it in stride and helped calm me down. I didn't leave with a loan, but I left feeling appreciated, and that's ultimately what I needed most at the time.

  I've never had a problem with any of the PNC branches, until today. I think when one of your customers -that has 2 accounts with you, and has just done a transaction with you - asks you where the bathroom is, you should let them use your restroom, instead of telling them,"we don't have a public restroom."

  After 10 years with @PNCBank, want to charge $25 fee for not having 2 deposits / month. My company paid early for July 4th. What great customer service

  The older lack lady in the front is super rude she always in a bad mood. I live in James island so every time I had a check to deposit will go to the pnc bank downtown. She was always so rude in a bad mood and not helpefyll at all so I decided to close my account with them, didn't want to deal with her every time.

  Go see Fernando Gallego, he is excellent and so down to earth. I enjoyed working with him while finalizing some things regarding my house closing in Summerville.

  I visit the bank twice a month...the tellers r AWESOME. Very kind. Great customer service!

  PNC offers notary services. But as per the manager here it's only for PNC documents. I wish I knew that before driving downtown.
