Davis Michael1I am not giving a star. I have been doing business with home loans for 30 yrs. and I have never dealt with anything such as this. We lost our home because we never got our appraisal back. LOAN CONSULTANT does not return phone calls, text, or emails and do not try to get in touch with his Production Manager because you will get the same service. Please do business with a much better company and save yourself a HUGE headache.

Shane Snipes3While the loan officer was nice the process was mismanaged and we missed our closing date. We have to reschedule twice between of the "underwriters". Ultimately, we received our loan but not without undue stress and worry.

laura dein1Horrible. Missed my closing date twice because they continued to tell us the wrong information of paper work we needed/didn’t need (still don’t even know that answer to be quite honest). No one answers the phones. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Ultimately gave up trying with them and will take my business elsewhere if I can even still get the house I decided to close on. They are not organized the slightest bit, had multiple people telling me different things until the branch manager finally decided to return my call. Awful experience don’t waste your time.

Stephanie Washington1I feel robbed out of my money.i was approved for fha and I was told I would need to bring a certain amount. When I got the cd I was increased by 778 dollars on day of closing I was then increased by 200 dollars the reason I Was given was i needed to meet a certain amount for fha so they took some of my closing to cover and waived the processing fee.When I was reviewing my contract I notice they never changed my premium for my insurance for the year. This has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life. If you research their reviews similar experiences have happened to other people.I only wished I would have read the reviews and my realtor had done better research. I haven’t even listed the multiple other experience I have had. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Karen Garrison5I am writing especially in regard to Renee, my LoanDepot advisor, and am applauding all the patient help she gave me. She was quick to return all of my calls, and maintained patience with all of my questions. Renee was personable and sincerely cared about how comfortable I was with the refinance process. LoanDepot has been efficient and effective in securing my VA loan for me.

Paul Depee1Tray Thomas literally said " I can get you 2.99% apr but you have to guarantee me you will go with us?" I said "excuse me?" He said "ill send this to underwriting, I just don't want to waste my time" mr. Thomas you can't guarantee anything because underwriting makes the final "call"

Dante Bernardini1Loan officer Andrew Shopshire took all of my PERSONAL information and then after supposedly working up a loan quote, told me he would call me back with the figures and then NEVER called me back. NO customer service at all. I even tried to e-mail him with no response.
