  We recently worked with Maggie Akervold one of the managers in this location. She proactively provided us all the information for our vehicle loan process and was very patient and prompt with all our follow-ups. Maggie guided us through the process very efficiently that made the process simplified for us and everything went so smooth and on time. Maggie made sure we were aware of all the terms and conditions based on our requirements that helped us in taking informed decisions. It's probably one of our best experiences dealing with a financial institution of this nature. Thank you Maggie and thank you SCU for making us feel valued and addressing our needs!

  Not only did I work with these ladies. They helped me with my loan. They went above and beyond. And made sure I was getting my loan no matter what. I originally needed a co signer. But made it where I did not need one. And still got approved. An amazing bank with amazing workers. Beyond grateful for these woman. I miss you all. Thank you for everything. Jordan. Maggie. Ileana.   We have been sound members for years because we built a relationship with the former Auburn branch manager. Once she left I went to Jordyn with some loan needs. She not only met our expectations but exceeded them. She is amazing to work with, she made the process easy and her communication and follow through is the best I’ve ever dealt with. I would recommend Sound Credit Union and Jordyn to anyone who wants a financial institution that treats you like a friend rather than an account number.

  The best interest rate in my life - 2.18% for personal vehicles. Unbelievable, it’s pretty much free money. Hey dude just take them and use it) Just paid off my car. Thank you SCU.

  I have been dealing with Jenn Cram for a long time. She's AWESOME. Accommodative and Accessible to all my questions. She has helped me and our daughter in many ways. Sound Credit is Fortunate to have her as one of its employee. The staff Loves her. They show their love and affection. Today I came with our daughter and she gave her total attention Thank you Jenn.   This branch is great! I went in for approval on an auto loan, and they went the extra step to make sure I was getting a fair price on my car (which it turns out I wasn't). Saved me from getting taken advantage of and led to me getting a better deal from a different dealership! Jenn Cram was super patient and helpful. 10/10 customer service at this branch :)

  Incredibly supportive and kind to my family during a Pandemic and fighting cancer. Jen Cram was able to show us her caring & loving side which brought smiles to us all.
