The seller and I met at the Gig Harbor branch and Heather had everything ready to go. All documents were prepared and ready to execute. She covered details and disclosures. She efficiently and quickly completed all the documents and funded the sale in record time. I was pleased with her professionalism, attention to detail and pleasant attitude. S West2Rude customer service. Very condescending...over the phone. And they will loan you money to buy all the cars in the world, but will not give home loan help. I experienced one good rep when I walked in from the Gig Harbor location.

Collene Sessink1Came to SCU from BofA about 8 months ago, so you can imagine that the new bank didn't need to move the sun and stars to make me happy. Never have I had to speak with a bank manager (at SCU it's been 3 times to date), never had to set up the same account multiple times (2 times at SCU), never had an atm "eat" my deposit and never have I had phone and in person bank representatives talk over me or respond in a rude manner. At one point we walked into the branch for an appointment with the manager to fix our account set up, we waited 10 minutes past our appointment while she spoke with someone on the phone (presumably another bank employee) bad mouthing a customer of the bank....while we waited within ear shot. I guess she didn't make the connection that we too were customers. Just an overall bad experience with this bank and there has to be a better way....BECU, Alaska FCU.....? We will be changing banks but a warning to everyone.....when you have a bad experience with this bank, don't write it off as an unordinary/ 1 time event and attempt to move forward. It's really more of a sign of banking experiences to come at SCU......then run! haha Update: I did receive a call from the Regional VP, Sharil, and spoke with her for a few minutes regarding more detail on some of my experiences. She was very apologetic, kind and asked if there was anyway to keep our business. Unfortunately my money is my vote and I don't support this company based off of my experiences alone.

Briellen Link1DO NOT USE THE ATM! I deposited $150 cash and it ate the money and said "transaction cancelled" and did not print a receipt. I filed a deposit dispute but there was "no record" that the transaction took place so it was declined. There was no effort on the banks part to solve this problem or look into the issue further, and the attempts I made to investigate it further were declined. I will be closing my account here, and I would not recommend for anyone to use this bank.

Amber Eriksson1Do not use the ATM!! This ATM has eaten my cash deposit twice! I should have never tried it a 2nd time. Sound credit does not service this machine and so they take no ownership for when it does this. I have filed a dispute, however it had been 2 days and now my account is overdrawn. So frustrating!!!

ML Carver1Wife went to deposit 20k teller asked why she was depositing so much cash. My wife felt like it was because she is brown she got asked. Its none of there business. Will be closing account tomorrow and letting Kitsap bank handle my finances.
