  My 2017 tax return was stolen from this firm. They did not notify me. The IRS notified me. I didnt discover until 12 months later that it was because of this firm's misfeaseance . I was notified by a credit reporting agency - not by the firm. Yesterday. I received a letter from the FBI about my tax return and the resulting investigation! I contracted the firm about the FBI investigation. They were aware. It would have been nice if they notified me about this investigation as well. It is clear that this firm doesn't care about my families financial information. Be careful about hiring this firm. Their lack of concern is palpable.

  Used these guys for years when they messed up our taxes. After that we were told us it they would no longer do our taxes. Just got a notice in the mail that they also compromised all of their customer's personnel info. Good times. I would recommend that you use somebody else.

  There was an issue with the client's 2017 electronically filed tax return. The client was notified immediately and steps were taken to remedy the situation in an efficient manner. The firm also reimbursed the client's 2017 tax preparation fees. The decision to separate from future services was a mutually agreed between the firm and the client.

  Hmm. Didnt use them. They have fees for everything. way too expensive. Will try to find someone who doesn't charge for every little thing.
