  Andrew was INCREDIBLE to work with! For starters, he agreed to meet us for a consultation on New Year's Eve when we were in town 'on vacation' prior to moving to the area. In Mid February, we were in the area and actively looking at homes for a period of about 4 days when we finally put in an offer. Over the course of looking at these homes, Andrew showed me things of concern to look out for that I wouldn't have even known were BIG RED FLAGS. Things such as below grade wood, poorly designed roofing that would eventually cause issues down the road, potential flooding hazards in a converted carport to a 'living space', HVAC equipment that was very old or out of code that could be a problem sooner rather than later. By the time we found THE home, he helped us put in a strong offer that was still below asking price (which is rare right now, in a tight housing market.) We had issued with the VA appraisal which affected how much cash we would have to come out of pocket for. He helped us challenge the appraisal which reduced our out of pocket cost. We also ran into a hiccup with timing of closing due to the home going in to probate. He helped us work a deal out with the seller's agent so we could 'preoccupy/rent' the home while we waited for approval from the judge for the home to be sold. Andrew handled so many things that as a buyer, I wouldn't have known how to navigate on my own. He referred us to a local lender that treated us a like a person, and not a number. That came in REALLY handy when we had some last minute curveballs thrown at us that threatened our deal to fall through. All that being said, I'm super impressed with Andrew's knowledge, expertise, and compassion that helped us land our dream home. I HIGHLY recommend him and his team. You will NOT be disappointed.

  Andrew found amazing tenants, & the staff has always been very responsive to tenant needs & my requests. I'm living 1000 miles from the property, & it's nice to not have to worry about things. 2021 UPDATE - we sold the property w/Sound Choice & it was a great experience as well. Andrew provided solid advice, Jenna was on top of the paperwork, the house sold at a price above expectations, & we closed in 2.5 weeks!

  From the start Andrew was extremely helpful, responsive and organized. We communicated often to identify what we were/ were not looking for and he tailored options based on that criteria. He helped narrow down the choices to our current home that we are thrilled to own. He made the home buying process streamlined with an online checklist to track progress and clearly establish responsibilities for all involved. Andrew made excellent recommendations for all third party companies such as a mortgage company, home inspector, electrician etc. which made the entire process seem easy and pain free. We would absolutely recommend Andrew.

  Andrew went out of his way and to great lengths to ensure we found our dream home in Niceville. He and his staff were super helpful in all aspects of searching for the home, negotiating on our behalf, communicating with the sellers and their agent, and providing assistance in finding local contractors to help with changes we made to the house after closing. Although I am from the NW Florida area, we are currently living internationally.   Andrew greatly simplified the process of selling our home! We relied on his expertise every step of the way, including when to list our house, pricing, staging, and negotiations. He began with a detailed walkthrough and gave recommendations for some easy upgrades and staging ideas to make our home more appealing. Andrew explained the timing of the market based on his experience and helped us figure out the best time to list our home while navigating the holidays. Following his timeline, we listed our house just as the market was heating up and after just four days, we were under contract! Once contract negotiations began, Andrew quickly responded to our calls and texts and spent lots of time clearly explaining all the terms, advocating for our best interests every step of the way. He lined up quality licensed contractors to make the requested repairs quickly and made sure we hit all the deadlines to close on time. We were nervous about selling our house, but the experience could not have been better! Because of his market analysis and recommendations, we got top dollar for our house and we were only on the market four days, meaning our family only had to deal with showings for a short time. Andrew is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and if we were selling our home again, we'd list it with Andrew.

  4 time customer. Need I say more? Over the last 6 years, Andrew has helped me purchase my last 3 homes & helped me transition into renting them out. As you may imagine, in that time I’ve spent many days walking through open houses on my own to pick out my next investment. Every realtor will ask you if you already have one, when you tell them you’re working with Andrew, they all know & like him. MEETING. I picked him out when a coworker told me about how happy they were with their transaction. He took especially good care of me as a customer when I contracted on a house from out of state. RESPONSIVE. Andrew has taken time out very busy days on no-notice to help me through putting in offers & handling mild transaction crises. He’s just one of those guys with lots of mental bandwidth & clearly a supportive family! TROUBLESHOOTING. My first 2 purchases with Andrew sailed by in a successful flash. Our most recent time around, we dealt with a scrappy selling team & a catastrophic failure by Navy Federal Credit Union (never use them for mortgage!!). He’s really shined through as an advocate for my family through some exotic complications that come up in this business. BOTTOM LINE: come here when you want it done right.
