  Gotta give a shout-out to Dawn Hoffman and others at Waterstone Mortgage. They made the real estate process much easier than past experiences. They kept me in the loop all along the way, told me my next steps, and let me know if/when I needed to provide more paper. Dawn is very personable and guided me thru the process. I really appreciated her help, and would definitely recommend her.

  This is the second home we have purchased with the help of Waterstone Mortgage, Heather Calvo, and her dedicated team.   We re-financed our second home with Dawn Hoffman at Waterstone. Because of our previous experience with Dawn on past homes, we specifically sought her out for this re-finance and she didn't disappoint. All documents were quickly processed and the correspondence back and forth was easy. She got us the lowest rate possible with the greatest amount of ease and speed.   Heather kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and got me to the closing table on time. She was extremely professional and easy to work with. Decided to go with Heather again for the purchase of our next home, based on our previous experience. She did not disappoint. We had a very tight timetable, because we were selling our previous home to buy our new home. Our second experience with Heather was just as pleasant and positive as our first.   Dawn is the best in the business, as dealing with Mortgage loans can be stressful. She was very thorough in finding the best loan for us. Her attention to detail is second to none.   Heather and her crew were great to work with, all the way from the pre-approval to closing. The communication was great and getting them the paperwork they needed made it a quick and easy process, we were even able to close in about 45 days!! I highly recommend their services if you are in the FL panhandle!
