  I had a great experience with Scott and his team. They were knowledgeable about the Sebastopol area and helped answer questions about detailed and specific local ordinances which helped us decide on a property. They worked quickly and did their best to keep us informed throughout the process. A special shout out to Pam who was particularly warm and helpful with guiding us as nervous first time home buyers while keeping on top of the details and mountains of required documents for a jumbo loan. I agree with a previous poster that if you fill your info into the general portal you will get bombarded with calls, for us it was from a different branch of the company but we were never contacted unnecessarily by anyone at this branch.

  After submitting an online request for information, I have been bombarded with unceasing emails and even occasional phone calls after requesting multiple times to unsubscribe and expressing a desire by email and text to no longer be bothered. Submit an online request for information at your own peril.

  It was a long hard process, but Scott and his team pulled us through it and ultimately made the whole thing hugely successful. 12/10 would recommend! 15/10 will come back if we ever need another mortgage!!! Thank you!!!
