  I've been with this bank for 25 years and they have never let me down, these people go above and beyond to make things right for their customers. They know me by name, are fast, friendly, knowledgeable. This is my favorite bank of all time. It doesn't matter what time, what I'm doing, they get the job done! They are secure, and smart with my money. Excellent all the way around, I LOVE THIS BANK!! I like the app too.

  I really like the tellers here they are very helpful and friendly. I opened an account a couple of weeks ago and the next time I went in the same teller greeted me - remembered my name after only one interaction, that's some next level customer service! I love that they are local and not a big faceless corporation. Their CD rates are usually pretty competitive also. I would highly recommend.

  It is as close as you can get to banking with your neighbor. Great, friendly people who also know their business.

  I have been banking with Yak Fed since 1976 (from my youth). Had my first and second home loans with them. I've never had a problem with any of my accounts. I recommend them completely.

  Wouldn't waste your time banking here. They don't care if they allow hundreds of dollars of charges to go through your account and if you try to close the account to resolve unauthorized charges they threaten to send you to collections when no one in their right mind authorizes charges over 20 times what you even have in the account. Nightmare after nightmare and when you ask what they can do they give you the 'oh well, your problem". Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

  We are terribly sorry you have had a negative experience with what appears to either be debit card transactions or ACH debits, based on your explanation of the situation. Due to the public nature of a Google Business listing, it is not possible for us to provide a direct response to your needs and maintain the privacy of your information. Your observation has been passed to management who will examine your individual situation and use that for future employee training and possible internal policy adjustments. Yakima Federal tries our best to learn from situations like this. It is important to note that there are standing rules and regulations associated with both ACH and VISA debit card transactions which Yakima Federal is bound to follow as a participant in these payment networks. The specific situation you encountered would have been addressed in light of these payment network rules, and in most instances, payment network rules dictate to us the methods of correction that we can provide our customer.   By far the worst bank I’ve dealt with no one ever smiles and everyone just stares! Unprofessional and rude is what this bank now stands for but it wasn’t this way before! Can’t wait to see it close!
