      DON'T use their loan products! We took out a car loan and they put subtext in the loan that penalized us for paying it off early. In fact we had to stop paying for a few months or risk getting charged more. A friend of mine also informed me that the debt collection agency they use, regularly breaks the law and uses illegal practices. This is NOT a good bank! Avoid them at ALL costs!

      Donna Bawersox is a very lazy person. Intentionally going to break when she knows you have an appointment with her. Lack of work ethic and poor choices by management to appoint her to any position besides teller.
