  Awesome credit union!! Everyone is so friendly!! They have great customer service and treat you just how you feel a bank should! They have your account up and they're ready before you even get to the counter!! We aren't from here and they made us feel welcome from day 1!!! Thanks Gary and Liz for everything!!! If you haven't already start banking with these people! You won't be disappointed!!

  BEWARE!! Worst credit union ever! I thought a loan I had was in a consolidated loan. NO ONE from this place contacted me.. NO one. They stated they mailed “a” letter not certified just mailed it. I never received this. Then with no notice they closed my account an took all the funds in my account. I had no credit cards an no other way to access any money. No way to pay for food, gas or my children’s needs. I did not get paid for 10 more days. They didn’t care. This was a very very small loan. Not a house or vehicle loan . You wouldn’t think this is legal or that this could happen but it did.

  Great customer service! ! Yakima could learn a thing or two from ellensburgs solarity, I love them , they restored my faith, after having to deal with solarity in yakima, I almost switched banks, but ellensburg staff are amazing ☆♡
