      Customer service is horrible I had to wait an hr for someone to answers also the drive thru is horrible you have to wait a long time to deposit money

      Beyond disappointing. I spent nearly 1 hour waiting for someone to answer a call and on line waiting for someone to log onto Chat. The chat said I was first in line...the third...then second...and after 30 min...no one ever logged on. Horrible customer service!
