  I would 100% recommend Solano Mortgage. Jim and Lisa took time out of their busy schedules to advise my husband and me about an important financial decision we were about to make. They were not typical salespeople - seeking to make a buck at the expense of their client. The advice they gave me actually didn’t benefit them at all. Because of this, I trust them and 100% recommend them for your mortgage needs.

  One of the best decisions in the house-purchase journey was choosing Solano Mortgage (specifically, Sara & Lisa). Communication Lisa was very prompt in responding to our initial inquiry & she quickly set up a group message as a channel for communication with them (Lisa & Sara). It was most helpful throughout the journey as my communication with them became a breeze over the messages. They are prompt, clear and patient in all their communication. I am very indebted to Sara for being available every time I needed Solano. Professionalism The quickest way to describe Sara's performance is to quote my RE agent: "One of the best lenders I have worked within all my years as selling & buying agent. Sara is comprehensive in her work and diligent in her responses. I will recommend Sara to all my buyers." What more need to be said! For a 1st time home-buyer, Solano's confidence in our application was the only rudder that guided us through murky, scary waters of the mortgage loan process.

  I would recommend Lisa, Sara and Solano Mortgage to anyone who is thinking of financing or refinancing their property. I have owned property since 1987 and have needed to finance and refinance them numerous times. The experience with Lisa, Sara and their entire team at Solano Mortgage was among the best I have had. Their service was sterling. I was kept up to date with each step of the process and always informed of what was needed from me and why. Their dedication and attention to detail shows in the professional handling of my refinancing. I will be encouraging my family and friends to use them.

  I did a refi of my home recently and primarily worked with Sara at Solano Mortgage. She was very energetic and professional and I couldn't be happier with the way my loan experience went. Sara kept me well informed on the status of the loan during the whole progress. There were some delays but this was due to the numerous refi's being done because of the low loan interest rates and the Underwriter I think was completely overwhelmed with loan applications. I would highly recommend Sara and Solano Mortgage for anyone needing a new mortgage or doing a refi.

  Jim Porter and his team at Solano Mortgage are the best mortgage company in town!!! They were on top of their game and made mine and my husband’s home buying process a breeze. Jim is an easy person to work with, he’s extremely helpful and understanding and takes his time with you during your home buying process.   Hands down best experience we’ve had with a refinance. Jake Howard was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Don’t wait, just call. If they can save you money on your mortgage they will, with the current rates and their expertise it’ll be an experience you won’t regret.   I’m so glad I got connected to Solano mortgage! I had the opportunity to speak to Jim over the phone about refi options for our HELOC and he was beyond helpful! His advice was very unbiased and he showed so much care, as he took his precious time to explain the options available to us. The solution he recommended for us required us to work with our existing lender, which showed that he was really looking out for our best interest. I look forward to opportunities to refinance or purchase properties through Solano Mortgage!
