  Tonda is of the highest quality of lenders out there!  She answered each and every call and text.  When we were in doubt about anything, she gave us all the reassurance and pointed out all the key points that ultimately lead to moving forward in our decision making.   This company has friendly staff but be extremely careful in the process because they fail to advise you on steps you should take to make the underwriting review quick and simple. My wife and I were put through the wringer due to their underwriting team which costs us thousands of extra dollars in taxes and all of that could have been so easily avoided if they had given us proper advice. I would not recommend their firm to anyone.
