  Milad goes above and beyond to help you close your deal. He explains every detail to you. Makes sure you understand what you are signing up for, and just gets it done! No BS at all. I am happy the other brokers all failed me, because I will no longer go to any body else. I highly, highly recommend Milad. He's got integrity he is honest, and he will do the right thing for you!

  Milad helped me with buying a condo in city of Whittier, California. I knew his uncle and he introduced Milad to us and overall was a very good experience. I like the fact that he is a certified appraiser and real estate broker and was very passionate about his work and I would recommend him to my friends.   Milad is awesome. I met him 2 years ago when he came to do an appraisal for my house in Laguna Beach which I was refinancing at that time, I found that he was a certified real estate Appraiser and real estate broker. I reached out to him when we were thinking about buying our investment Chino Hills condo. Also I have recommended him to my friends.

  Milad was my broker and helped me buy a condo in 2014 and overall was a smooth process and I was happy with their service. the thing I like is that it has been 3 years since then but every year SoCalZone still sends gifts like hat, T-shirt and calender's. I like their consistency. Also I have recommended them to two of my friends.

  Milad Helped me sell my Condo in Irvine, CA and then I bought a one level house in city of Fullerton, Ca. He helped me with my down payment by allocating 20% of his commission to my dowm payment. Milad has his clients' best interests as his priority. I have been recommending him to everyone I know who's looking to buy real estate in Orange county. 5 Stars
