  I have had accounts with Chase for years with no issues what so ever. It amazes me how many complain about the service they receive inside the bank - my question is why does anyone need to even go in a bank anymore? With all the apps and contactless features at the ATM it can all be done without any human contact or even using your card. The check deposit feature with the app works great and you don't need to even sign the check just deposit it....done. Chase does a great job in my opinion.

  Love Chase!! I’ve had accounts with them for years and I have always received stellar service. Mainly, I use the atm or self service to avoid any crowds that possibly may be inside. It’s just funny how people complain about the banks not being properly staffed. Well if it bothers you so much, just know that they always hire and you should go apply to help fill the “lack” of staffing. Otherwise, shut up and use self service.

  I am not a big fan of Chase banks inability to properly staff. This location has issues where the line can build up quite long while "bankers" ignore what is going on and even hide instead of jumping in to help the tellers. Maybe this is in the Chase rulebook since it happens at their other location down the street too. My Wells Fargo branches nearby are all well staffed and this just doesn't happen.

  The staff is lacking operation knowledge, and also did not notify customer that there will be additional charges when deposit amount is over 5k.

  Currently closed. Should provide the nearest physical branch address on their poster. The nearest Chase Bank is at 270 South State College in Brea. The website falsely stated “open.”

  Staff is always very welcoming whenever you visit the branch despite of what your queries are.

  Whatever you do. Do not come here during lunch break. It will take you forever to get help. All the rest is very good.
