  Horrible experience. They preapproved me, I paid out of pocket $1900 for structural engineer, and inspection and they could not get me out of underwriting because i didn’t have any payment history. I have plenty of money and a credit score. But because I don’t make monthly payments on anything besides my living expenses they would not send my information to the lender. Then after we went past the closing date twice I lost the home. They took money from me after they could not get me approved as well. I out a total of $2300. They kept ensuring me they would get it done and didn’t. I hope no one uses this company

  Very supportive and easy going with these people. I would highly recommend going through Smith Broady & Associates for getting a mortgage. They do almost ALL of the hassle work for you!

  This review is way over due. If it was not for this team we would not have our home. They dealt with our constant phone calls and emails wanting to know where we were in underwriting. They kept us informed as information arrived and we're super friendly. Again thank you guys for being awesome and I highly recommend this team when you are looking for a new home or refinance.
