  This bank as a whole is the worst!!! They have all these features to attract you and then began to change how they function once you been a customer for a little while. Chased me down but I smarted up and ran away. A bank that schemes to take your money. And everyone you speak to in customer service us hard to understand!!!!!!!!

  On Friday 5/22, The acting manager (Faith Banks I was told), was extremely rude in the drive thru. I’ve never seen such a vicious attitude from a bank teller in my life. I got a pic of her face if there’s a way to show what your customer service looks like.....

  That smug bank teller needs to work somewhere he doesn’t have to talk to people. I understand you don’t like your job and don’t want to work Saturday but you knew that when you signed up. Have a nice day! I’m sure you won’t though, doesn’t seem to be in your nature.

  Been with this bank since 1982. It was LIberty National Bank at that time. They’ve been good to me👍

  You need to put another Chase Bank downtown Jeffersonville or at least a chase money machine

  They are all very nice, never had an issue with any of them. I will never go to any other chase!

  I live in Sellersburg, but drive to Jeffersonville to visit this branch because the employees are SO NICE---Unlike Sellersburg.
