The people may be nice but they couldn’t figure out my application regarding a construction loan. Granted I have a more complex situation than some however, they took 3 months to tell me I didn’t qualify when I’m fact i do. During the process I would continually be told that they would get back to me and they didn’t. I had to continually follow up. Just a complete disappointment
