  Ian from Smart Money inc helped my husband and I buy our first home and I can honestly say I could not have been more impressed with Ian and his team. He has meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow through. He is very accessible by all forms of communication and went above and beyond to help us (even after our loan closed and we were already living in the house). He was able to answer all of our questions and was always transparent about the process. He is a fast worker and very trustworthy.   I have been working with Smart Money and Will for at least 10 years. That’s a huge commitment seeing that so many people have been asking me to work with them. Will and his team are absolutely fantastic. I’ve bought and refinanced a lot and the process has been so smooth. He/they treat us as if we were their only clients (clearly they are busy) but that feeling you are being taken care of every inch is amazing. What I also love is that they are honest. If I can get a better deal with a local bank...they tell me. What?! Who does that nowadays? I will refer Smart Money forever and will continue to work with them on future transactions. Ian and Nicky have been great to work with as well! Spoiler Alert: their free pen is bomb. I must have stollen 5 when they weren’t looking 😈

  Our experience with Smart Money was flawless. We’ve tried to refinance through multiple avenues in the past and everyone was telling us it was impossible. Daryn and Darci helped us through multiple steps of the way. We were given options and alternative for refinancing that fit our needs.   Dan and Will were awesome and I would absolutely use Smart Money again. When I approached Smart Money, I didn’t know the best way to refinance my house for my situation. They did all the leg work and came up with multiple solutions and found me the best rate available for my situation. They communicated well the entire way and dealt with everything!   Ian Quirk was very knowledgeable and had very quick response time to my home purchase. He helped me with my initial purchase and a somewhat tricky refinancing. He never got frustrated with what seemed to be an endless amount of questions and hesitation from my end. Smart Money was able to find me a lender with a great rate and with no delays.   Tami really walked us through this process. She took the time to make sure that we understood and were comfortable with things. She made suggestions and listened to our concerns/hesitations. She guided us with professionalism and experience. We had the utmost confidence in her and we know that she went to the mat for us with pushing things through to meet deadlines during this very busy period. The documents were digital and the notary came to us for final signatures. Everything was smooth, and came out as expected if not better.
