  This company is the worst, during the COVID pandemic they were not willing to work with me with losing my job, after getting a new job the manager stated he did not want to continue with the loan after they repossessed the car. After I tried to pay the note, After being loyal and giving them my last to keep up every other week the car note was $239.99 for a 2006 Hyundai Senata. They were bias and not a help at all. The owner is completely different though the people that work for him are slums... Tomika is a great agent as well, but for this company and crew DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

  Hello to everyone that is considering buying a car here, please do not waste your time or money our car broke the first week .. the manager and staff completely unprofessional. The same day of your payment at 8:00 am they are calling you, they don’t even wait until the next day , same day all day long until you pay it..... but the worst has been the car , broke the first week and then we took the car to service and they stole the battery omg. This dealership is a joke

  You guys actually tried to re-age an account on my credit. If it did not get deleted I was going to get a lawyer and take you to court for that illegal practice. I wonder how many people you guys have done this to and, they were not credit analyst like I am. You guys should be ashamed and God sees what your doing taking advantage of poor people with bad credit. WARNING! If anyone has done business with Smart Financial aka "Fishtail Financial" pull your credit report and make sure they have not re-aged any old debt.
