I must say Deshun Brown has been very professional, knowledgeable and consistent in providing his expertise in real estate investing.   In a market like today it counts to have transparency and professionalism in everything you do.   I love working with New Western. I have purchased several properties from them over the last few months. My personal agent is Ethan Henning. He is great. I find Ethan to be very easy to work with as well as a very hard worker. I don't think he sleeps much - because I am getting listings from 8am to 8pm each day. In my opinion, Ethan and New Western utilize the right approach to wholesaling. Even in this very competitive environment, they have helped me find the right deals in my targeted markets with the rents/ROI I need to succeed. Thank you Ethan/New Western !

  As a new investor at the time, I had several questions, was very hesitant and had several reservations about several potential deals/properties that I had seen prior to working with Andre and the rest of the NWA team.   I have been doing business with New Western Acquisitions (Marietta) for only two months and have purchased two properties from them during this period. I am completely pleased with the organization in ever way. The company with whom I am affiliated purchases primarily single family residences, performs all necessary renovations, and places them into inventory as long-term rentals... and New Western Acquisitions has been a meaningful contributor to our efforts. I have been working almost exclusively with Mr. Mackie Snell, Sales Agent. Mackie consistently goes out of his way to bring me a continuous stream of strong property candidates and his follow-through is excellent.
