      The single worst credit union I've ever been associated with. I had an account for exactly three months. I was moving from another bank. Then when I started to make daily purchases using the SkyPoint debit card, they shut off the card, called me and asked if anyone was holding a gun to my head to make purchases. The single most bizarre phone call I've ever received. When I went into the branch to complain, they said that shopping at certain stores like the Giant, Safeway,, Old Navy or Target will cause them to just shut off the card without notice. I pulled out all of my funds and moved to a real bank. One that doesn't think all of its customers are criminals.

      This is currently the worst bank (credit union) I have ever worked with. They have been a complete disappointment ever since Educational Systems took over. I have had an account with them since the 70's and I remember how great it once was but those days are long gone. They are difficult to work with and process lengthy to get a loan of any type, especially for an auto through a private seller. The interest rates are high even for people with excellent credit scores. They hold your funds for an unreasonable amount of time before releasing. Every time I have tried to work with them they have let me down and in the past 4 years Suntrust has always picked up the ball and made what the credit union couldn't do happen for me and my family. My current frustration with MCTFCU is the last straw and I will be opening another account somewhere else.

      Came in for quarters, Asian lady at the teller station was rude and impolite, I asked for quarters and she only wanted to give me a full roll which is 10$ and I had 5$. Any other bank or C.U has lose coins. On top of that I wasn't greeted. Terrible customer service.
