  Mario and Anna came very highly recommended when it came time for mortgage services while buying my first home. For a first time buyer with endless questions about the process and a healthy amount of uncertainty and fear over sound decision making, trusting Anna and Mario was without a doubt the best thing I could’ve done. Mario and Anna alike made themselves available day or night. Questions were answered quickly and efficiently, detailed attention was given to both formal and informal requests, and most importantly, I felt valued and that the two were looking out for my best interests the entire way. They integrated seamlessly with my real estate agent and I confidently knew that I was better off having added Mario and Anna to my team. I cannot recommend the pair enough, for both experienced and certainly first-time home buyers. A sincere thank you to the attention they gave me from day 1 to closing and I will without a doubt be enlisting their services in the future

  Mario and Anna are amazing people! They really know how to make a person feel special during the home buying process. I found Mario through a recommendation from my younger brother. Mario and my brother have a great rapport. Mario and I had several Zoom calls where he explained the process. Mario gave accurate timelines and coached me through the process. Mario and Anna were available to speak on a daily basis. They answered every email that I sent. Whenever I called, they would answer the phone. Mario is very knowledgeable about the mortgage process and has contacts in the industry. He laid out all of my options and gave me real world examples for context. Anna helped with keeping up on my paperwork. She would send reminder emails and calls. On the day of my closing, Mario attended the appointment with the settlement company. Based on my experience, I am glad that I chose Mario as opposed to a commercial bank. I really enjoyed working with Team Blautzik. This is a professional office that provides great communication with clients.

  Mario was phenomenal during our recent re-finance. Always responsive when we had questions and even dealt with a last minute situation that threatened to push the closing a few days.   I would definitely recommend Mario! I had a great experience working with Mario. He really cares about people and made everything as easy as possible.
