  Phone always busy, cannot get reply to emails. Wanted to schedule payoff, cannot even get into account to view contract, locked out and no one to help. Cannot pay off a loan or make arrangements when their phones are never on, or emails answered. But they will not hesitate to send a text reminder or email about upcoming payments! SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!

  They do not answer the phone or return emails so that you can pay the debt off. When they did finally get a hold of them I had to pay the extra $90. Made arrangements to pay it off in two payments. They messed that up to. So I am having to pay the interest again. Been calling them all week and have sent three emails and no response. I have dealt with other payday loan places and have never had such a bad experience

  Horrible!!! I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for months now to pay off my loan and the phone number provided keeps repeating the same thing and doesn’t connect to anyone and they don’t respond to emails so I’ve been paying $90 dollars every 2 weeks for over a year now and can’t get ahold of anyone to pay this off! They’ve made way more money off me then the loan was itself!!!! If I don’t hear from someone I will put a hold on this like everyone else says and maybe someone will contact me so I can get this resolved! I will never ever recommend or use this company!! If you want a place to make thousands off of you then be my guest or if you want a scam that when you try to pay off a loan conveniently no one answers phone calls or emails!!!!! DO NOT USE I WILL BE PUTTING A BLOCK ON THEM AND HOLDING PAYMENTS MAYBE i’ll hear back then!

  We had used this place for a quick short term loan. We had paid the loan off promptly and was in need of another loan (car repairs and they found something else wrong while repairing the first problem). They had said no problem and after you pay off your first loan you are qualified for another loan. We applied and waited and waited and waited. 4 emails went unanswered and then it was if they had just taken my information and locked me out of their online system. We never got a response from anyone. We ended up putting a block on our bank account, changing our passwords, notifying our credit report companies, and changing our debit card. We have been constantly worried they have stolen our information and will use it fraudulently because we can't figure out why a company would not respond when they are the one receiving the outrageous fees from their loans and benefiting from their loans, not the consumer. Other loan companies do not operate this way. While I don't like using short term loan companies I did find one that worked well near our home and had cheaper fees to boot! Car fixed and loan paid back off. It seems to me they may be trolling to get your bank information. They even have you sign in with your bank account log in and password to verify your account. I would just say look elsewhere but if you use them beware and change your bank account password afterwards!

Please be advised all personal information collected by our company during the application process is completely secured and confidential. When completing the bank verification online, we do require customers to enter their online banking username and password however we are not able to see any of the information besides a report in the form of your bank statement to verify pay dates, monthly income, SSN, address, etc. just to make sure it is really the customer and not someone else. Also, although we are unable to see the banking information entered, we always suggest our customers to change their online banking password when completed as we do receive the report right away. And because of a lot of major concerns from customers as yourself about entering online banking information, we have now also added verbal 3 way call verifications with the banks.Once again, we do apologize for the bad experience after returning for a second loan. I assure you our top priority is customer satisfaction.

  I was referred to Sky Cash USA by one of my cousins. I needed money to purchase some last minute items i needed for my business and was down to my last penny. I applied with them and had to sign into my bank verification which i was skeptical about but the customer service agent i spoke to assured me they wouldn't have access to my account and told me i could also change my password as soon as they received the read only copy of my bank statement when the verification was completed online. The money was in my account the next morning. The girl i spoke to was very helpful in explaining the repayment process since i didn't understand it at first. Thank you for your patience with me and for approving me.

  Stop emailing me as though I applied for a loan through your company. I've never signed up for a loan online and will never do that. I sent a return email telling the company to take me off of their list because this is a scam. Again, I have never applied for a loan with this company. And yet, I'm getting completed application emails and asking me to verify information that can be found online. I'm the wrong one, fellas. I'll be reporting this to the BBB.

  Total Scam-Beware !!! I applied for a $ 300 loan online and I pay the $ 90 Finance Fee up-front. They were supposed to auto-debit my Checking Account for the amount of the loan and when the time came they didn't debit my account for the amount of the loan but for an additional $ 90 Finance Charges that was not applied to the principal amount of the loan. They said that I was supposed to call 3 days prior to authorize the debit. I signed a contract stating that the$ 300 loan will cost me $ 390 but now it is $ 480. Total Thieves !!!

  Good afternoon Mr. Rodriguez. Please review your contract in the customer portal. It states that the loan will not pay down unless you call in to schedule a larger payment or a full loan payoff. We also send payment reminders 3-4 days prior to your due date which also states "Unless we hear from you 3 days prior to your due date we will Debit Your (BANK NAME) Account for (INTEREST). Please remember that this payment will only renew your account for an additional loan period and it will not pay it down automatically. " We see you called in regards to this and stated you would not be paying us. We would like to extend an offer to you to help you get this loan paid off.   i have been trying all day to contact this company about paying my loan back. I emailed and called multiple times. none of my calls are going through and I tried with multiple different phone number. Nothing seems to be helping. I feel like this is a scam at this point. someone help me

  Good afternoon Samantha, our sincerest apologies. Our customer service emailing system has been down for a few months now and have been working with our technicians to have them fixed. Also, please be advised that we have a high call volume on a daily bases which is why you most likely weren't able to get through. Please call us any time Monday to Thursday between 7am and 7pm and Fridays 7am to 6pm. You may ask for the call center manager or a floor supervisor and we would be more than happy to assist you.

  No contact!! I've been trying to reach them since last Monday... no customer support available...also emailing them I would just like to pay off the loan!! Could someone email me back or a call! & I refuse to pay off the finance charge after Last Monday!! If no call is rtn or email I'll call my bank and refuse any payments!!

  I called them all day on Monday and none of my calls would go through! On top of that, I even left a message on their website for them to call me back and no one has called me yet! I have a loan with them and I was trying to call to change my payment, that’s bad business! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Total RIPOFF! Save your time and trouble! Don’t apply! Don’t accept!
