Annie James5Singing River Federal Credit Union,Is an awesome place.Everyone that works there are super friendly and very helpful people..Also,it's always clean,nice and never over crowded. I have been a client for over 20years,Anytime at all if I need to ask a question? Or I need any advice or guidance on my accounts or loans,etc..They are always smiling and very helpful worker's and staff! So that's why I give them a five star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟Happy New Year🌝🌞⭐

Jill Beck1Ever since the last manager (Misty) left, they have hired nothing but teenagers as tellers. They have no idea what the term customer service means. And what's more, they do not know ANYTHING about ANYTHING. I wanted to open an account for my teenager as a surprise. After standing in the small waiting area, while there was NO ONE else in the lobby, FINALLY one of the tellers, without even looking up, said "Are you ready yet?". Seriously, how are people so rude?!?! When I told her that I'd like to open an account for my son, she asked the other teller how to do that. We had to wait for the other teller to get off her phone before she finally told us that she thought that our son needed to be there also...and then added "But don't quote me on that"...and then NOTHING... seriously?!?!? I had to ask her if she would go ask someone who knew for sure and she walked into a back room and spun around and said yes he needs to be there. I seriously doubt she even asked someone. The rule might indeed be that he needs to be there..but you cannot trust any of these teenage tellers. They know nothing! This is not the first time something like this has happened. If I have a question about my account, they do not seem to understand that I'm asking for information OTHER THAN what I can see on my mobile app. They do not know how to help you with anything so if you actually need a real question answered you should goto another branch. These people are RUDE, and completely useless.

Summer King5I have used this bank, and have had an account with SRFCU in Pascagoula, Ms on Market street since I was 17 years old, (Now 26) and I have never had a single problem, nor have I ever wanted to or even thought about switching banks! Everything is fast and easy and not to mention how lovely, polite, and respectful the staff is at this location! I have ALWAYS been greeted with courtesy and spoken to as an equal by everyone on this SRFCU team every single time I walk through the door! It just amazes me how wonderful these people are and how well they not only work with one another to do an amazing job but how they work with and treat us customers too! It's kinda like being in a family!! SO A HUGE THANK YOU AND SHOUT OUT TO EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER AT THE PASCAGOULA OFFICE ON MARKET STREET!!! Sincerely, Summer Russell King.

Jessica Lacy1Would not wish this service on anyone. I had some damage to my vehicle, so claimed it on my insurance and got a reimbursement check I was trying to deposit into my account. They requested the invoice and pictures from the body shop. After providing everything they asked, they still threatened not to accept the check. I had to go to two different locations in Moss point and mobile to get it sorted out! If I didn't have a car loan through them, I would transfer all accounts!
