  Can I just say, Thank you! I have worked many years with Omar and his team as a Realtor in the San Gabriel valley area.   Recently bought a home in Claremont using Simple Mortgage Pasadena. Both Omar and Jocelyn were great to work with. Throughout the process we had a ton of questions for Omar as this was our first time buying a home. No matter the time or day, Omar always made time to give us a call and answer our questions. There were times when I was texting him with questions over the weekend or even late at night and he would get back to me right away. Really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Signing a 30-year commitment was a very uneasy situation for us but Omar made the process as smooth as possible. It was a pleasure working with Omar and I will definitely be recommending him and hopefully working with him again for our second home in the future. Thank you for all your help, Omar!

  We are so thankful for Omar and Jocelyn, their lending experience was instrumental in our purchase of our forever home. Based on our experience purchasing and refinancing prior properties, this transaction has been our simplest. We were a bit frightened by the fact that we needed to proceed with the lending process that has become so restrictive due to the pandemic.   Omar and his team are nothing short of amazing. Simple Mortgage exceled were others failed. My wife and I came to Omar when after a few failed attempts with 2 other lenders we previously worked with. We started shopping around for another lender and we narrowed it down to 2 lenders, Simple Mortgage and one other one. We chose Omar and simple mortgage because of his honesty. He was straightforward with how he would handle our situation and was honest and realistic about the rates that we were able to qualify for.
