  This place is quite the gem. This was actually my first time purchasing from a pawn shop ever, but the moment I walked in I had the attention of the staff and very quickly found what I was looking for. They've got a wide range of instruments, jewelry, typewriters, and other pawned items. It's a shame that other reviews here have had disappointing experiences-- because for me, the customer service was warm and welcoming, and they were more than willing to give me a fair price for what I was purchasing. They were reasonable, and patient, and kind, and I'll definitely be back!

  If you’re looking to snag a deal on some jewelry, electronics, or a high value musical instrument like a guitar, have a look at this place. Obviously it’s a pawn shop so it can be hit or miss, but never hurts to check. Staff is usually pretty friendly!

  Oof. 3 of 3 employees not masked. I don't support businesses who don't follow masking rules. Walked in to shop and walked right out. They don't care enough about customers to not breathe their germs into their faces. Leave your politics aside and follow the state wide mask mandate.

  Very rude and terrible customer service. I called to ask if they would be interested in an extensive and large collection of tools that were left to me and as I was trying to provide an answer to the person on the phone - name may have been Timothy - he then rudely interrupted me and said, “Well, If you aren’t going to tell me the name of the tools, then you’ll have to bring them in because I can’t tell you if we would be interested in the items.” Mind you, I just told him that I was left with a 10x20 storage unit full of auto tools from my uncle who passed and there was no form of condolences or understanding of the large amount of items I had. I easily have 5k items in my inventory as I tried to explain. I also tried to explain to him that I already have the items photographed and inventoried, but he continued to interrupt me as I was on the phone. I then told him after his rude comment that I was initially calling to get an email to send the inventory to then so that they could tell me if it would be worth my time for me to drive to them. After I explained that, the representative just then quickly listed an email address, not even asking if I had something to write with or was ready to take the email. Rarely do I post reviews, but this one had me. I initially called to simply get info for something that maybe would have taken 30 seconds to a minute of interaction over the phone. Gee, I guess since I was the one trying to be efficient with my time and make the best use of it, I should have just not called this place. I found myself initially calling after dealing with items left behind from a loved one to being frustrated with having just been treated as I stated earlier. Simply put, the call lasted for maybe 2 minutes, the company rep did most of the talking (which was just interruption), I was disrespected, and treated as an idiot that was taking the “valued time” of this employee. Hm, you’d think that after I explained that most of the tools I have are new and still in the original boxes (unopened) that he would have listened.

  NEVER EVER BRING YOUR GOODS HERE!! DECEITFUL CHEATS! I took some of my gold and silver coins for cash, I got a receipt from the girl clerk and specifically asked her if my 10 coins were on the receipt? She looked at me like I was stupid for asking this question. I got my money and off to work I went believing she put them on my receipt. When I went to take out my silver and gold I only got my gold back!! I asked where are my 10 silver coins? The guy clerk said, it wasn't on the receipt. When I asked this question the girl clerk who originally wrote my receipt walked in the back. I looked in their case of coins and saw silver coins, I bought 10 silver coins! Why would I buy from this store again after being robbed of 10 silver? Because in my heart they belonged to me. YES, STUPID AM I FOR TRUSTING THIS PAWN SHOP AND NOT CHECKING MY RECEIPT!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER TRUST WORTHY PAWN SHOPS AROUND! THIS ISN'T ONE OF THEM😞.

  Junk seller owner wants to act like he's an honest guy but he's full of it if they offer you $100 it's worth. $2000 take your jewelry to a deferent place and get the full value don't take penny's for your jewelry

  They take advantage of homeless people by charging them extremely high interest rates for holding their possessions, until that person is up to their eyeballs in debt to them, giving them their entire disability check. They charge all kinds of ridiculous fees including a shelf fee.

  The clerk gave up on my item and I, after he realized that he didn't know how to operate it. I thought that it showed absolutely 'zero' emotional maturity.

  I,be been doing business with crown for some years,great place to get loan when your in need😎excellent staff,take my hat off to Todd for having such professional,courteous and honest personal,my favorite Sylvia,strong individual women who seems to have been made for her position there.not only excellent knowledge on all that goes on, but simply such a beautiful woman with a heart off solid Oro'.merry Christmas to all of you at crown 🤡
