  Words cant express. As a first time homebuyer I couldnt be happier or more thankful for my experience with this company. After having troubles with 2 other Loan officers I was sent to Amanda at Simple Mortgage and it was nothing but smooth sailing from there. She made the entire process painless and took every bit of anxiety away. Amanda made the process quick and easy. She was on top of everything every step of the way. Before going to her I was worried that I wouldn't be able to reach my homebuying goals in the time frame I needed it to happen. After working with her all my worry dropped away. I received a pre qualification letter within 10 minutes of my initial phone conversation with her and she worked diligently with me all along the way. Fast forward to now.. I am now finally and happily a homeowner. Thank you some much Amanda and thank you Simple Mortgage. Couldnt be happier with the entire process.

  Amanda and the simple mortgage team worked really hard and succeed in getting my wife a mortgage when everyone else said sorry we can't help you. For that reason alone I would choice simple mortgage and refer people to them over anyone or any bank.

  Amanda at the Rockford location is amazing !!!!! She went above and beyond to help us through the mortgage process . She was always there to answer any question we had . She put alot of time and work in to helping us . I would recommend her over and over again she is deff on top of her job .

  This lender was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when I used them to purchase my home. I was able to get help outside of business hours and complete a lot of the paperwork online which made it very convenient. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.
