  If I could give a negative I would. Worst realtors ever. They don’t accept phone calls. Complete nightmare!!! Stay away! My purchase and closing was delayed by weeks.

  I inquired about a rental property several times with no response. But kept receiving emails of properties I may be interested in. I followed up again and received an email stating someone was going to look into it and provide me with more information because she was unsure of the property I had mentioned. It has been 2 more weeks and have not heard back. If this is a way the business is being ran I would not trust these people trying to sell me a 10 cent plastic bag if my life depended on it. This had been one of the worst service or lack there of.

  I recently got off the phone on the 860 area code, I called to let the office know that an agent who was at the House for sale at beacon valley in Beacon CT was very rude to my mother. She went by to see the house and a male agent was there along with someone else, walked to her to ask where she was from (latina older woman) he said he was as going to show the house to someone else, came out approached her and said sorry is dangerous inside I can't show you I have insurance but not for you if you fall. I told this to the receptionist over the phone and that if the company has people like him working for them not a good thing! The lady got defensive raised her voice "LET ME TELL YOU THIS PERSON IS NOT AN AGENT AT SILVER OAKS!" she couldn't see who it was only has the agents ID number that couldn't be given away but would have to get someone higher to see who it was. I waited to see if she would get my number to get back to me with info to what realty this person worked for, nope kept repeating her self she couldn't see who it was. This happened with my mother around 3:30pm today. A FYI how people in your office solve problems with potential customers about agents who are prejudice and rude!

After looking through our records for showings on the day and time you were at the property, I have been able to identify the Agent that you met with at the property and I can confirm beyond any doubt that he does not work for our company but instead works for another company. I am so very sorry that you and your Mother had this type of experience trying to view this house. As I said on the phone we would have one of our own Silver + Oak agents show you and your Mother the house. I am glad that our agent Rosemarie was able to help you. I do understand that you had some car trouble on the way to the appointment and were not able to make it to meet Rosemarie but please know that she and all of us here at Silver + Oak are always here to help with any facet of Real Estate that you need.

  No one at the office on the weekend, so missed my chance to check out a house. This is a corporation, not in CT. They don't have local agents. The lady I spoke with offered to find me an agent but that's really not what I was looking for. I wanted to speak with the listing agent but I don't think they have one.

You may have accidentally contacted an office that is out of state (each office is independently owned) rather than one of our Connecticut offices which may have lead to some of the confusion.   We had the pleasure of renting a beach house in Old Lyme from Jonathan. What a great experience. Very comfortable, well maintained building and grounds. We had a wonderful time!

  Beware of the crook Miss Mital Amin. She took from me and few more customers a down payment of 10k while each of us thought the house would be his in the near future. I saw also how she flirts with one of the customers to convince him to purchase the house. So unprofessional! LIAR LIAR & ONE MORE TIME LIAR! See you in court!

  Hi Daniel, I am sorry to hear you had that kind of experience but the particular agent that you are referring to is not affiliated with our brokerage, she is not in the state of Connecticut but works for an office in another state that is not affiliated with any of our offices. We are independently owned offices and your review is hurting our google rating but not affecting the office that you intended to leave this review for. It would be greatly appreciated if you could remove the review from our company page.
