      My boyfriend and I have been dealing with this branch for several years now and have nothing but good things to say about it. Aurelia Daniels has done nothing but go above and beyond to help in any way she can with our car loans. She’s always pleasant, patient and kind.       Love the bank but There the staff is rude. It was crazy cause I never in my life been to a bank and was told after I showed them my wife citizenship certificate and was told oh ok I can continue opening your account "YOUR AMERICAN PEOPLE" SMH CRAZY. I WILL DO BANKING WITH THEM BUT NEVER ENTER THERE AGAIN VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

      I had a emergency last June 2019, I was looking for personal loan , and Sikorsky credit union approved my personal in 24 hours with a good rate .( can’t complaint). I use Trumbull branch, friendly staff , also I never have to wait too long ...!!!

      Worst customer service ever, super rude and useless. They never answer the phone and when they rarely do is some very rude lady who claims she has access to nothing and I always need to call another number where they also never answer? My credit card and debit card (THIS IS NOT A JOKE) have gotten stolen 3 times. Yes honey, 3!!!!! Im so over this bank

      Love this bank but I'm disappointed every time I go there now in my lunch time is only 1 or 2 people helping the line and the window I was in line for more than 15 min is not they fault because if is pay day why not add more customer service is not ok that should be in and out wherever customer wants to do more should have a particular window 😒
