  We worked with Jim Smith on our mortgage for a new home. Jim was great in explaining the process, always very responsive no matter what day or time and he made a stressful process very easy. We had a short timeline but everything was done quickly and smoothly. This is our second time working with Jim and would highly recommend him and Province Mortgage.

  Matt made our re-financing experience an absolute pleasure. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and explained things to the smallest of details when necessary. He was efficient and diligent in getting us the best rate possible and helped us with understanding every step of the process.   Mandy Miller was simply amazing! She came on a whim from a recommendation and what started out as getting some info and what would be needed turned into an approximate 30 day close to refi from start to finish. She was super informative and it was really the easiest thing I've done. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a personable, knowledgeable professional start to finish.

  Matt Reith handled the entire process for our mortgage. Of the 3 times that I've purchased a home (moved a lot in the military), Matt offered the best and easiest experience from a customer perspective.   Very good company to work with. Alan and his team made a long process for my wife and I easy and endurable. He was always able to answer any questions we had no matter the time and always got back to us in a reasonable among of time. If I had to do it all over again I don’t see myself workin with any other company.
