  They refused to deposit rolled coins into my account. The lady was quite rude about it, I was told “We are a credit union not a bank.” The service at Signet has been going downhill the past few years, so this shouldn’t come as any surprise. I’ll avoid doing business with them in the future.

  Employees are always courteous and it's always a fast transaction. They have treated me very well and their rates are very good. I left another local FCU that I'd been a member of for 20 years, to join this one, because being a member of C.P. for that long, rates kept getting higher and higher on loans, so I made a change to a friendlier, lower rate credit union. Thank you Signet!
