  We all know dealing with a claim is painful. In my particular experience (car theft and recovered with loads of damage) I was ready to throw in the towel until I called Katelyn at Kent Bohanon's office. This girl was beyond helpful. She put everything she was dealing to the side and literally took over for me. She put days into my claim making sure I was completely taken care of. I have 2 vehicles and my homeowners insurance through State Farm and if it wasnt for her I would have been looking elsewhere. I am beyond thankful for the great customer service I received from her and everyone who has answered the phone, emailed me information, or who just sat and listened to my story. 5 stars for you Katelyn and the entire State Farm office of Kent Bohanon. You have gained a lifetime customer.

  I usually deal a lot with Emily. She is always very helpful when I call and feel like I ask ridiculous questions. Kent has a great team and I would recommend them!

  I Got cancelled from my previous insurance company when I called to get insurance every company was quoting outrageous prices. I called Kent Bohanon at State Farm and was extremely surprised at the great service his office provided. I worked with Shannon Tracey and got better coverage cheaper than I was paying at my former company. Thanks to Kent I was able to get insured and keep the new car I had just bought I highly recommend Kent's office Him and his staff are truly the best and most helpful I have ever had.   Not only because I am now apart of this amazing team. But when I switch my auto from Progressive to State Farm, I was able to up my liability coverage, add renters insurance, and add life insurance for my family. With all of that added, I was still able to save $40 a month from what I was paying before for only 1 auto. The savings are amazing, as well as everyone on the team. You will always be greeted with a smile, and our best efforts to make sure your family is well protected.

  This year alone we have had multiple insurance claims, both home and auto (not a typical thing for us). We didn't know the process of doing insurance claims and they made it so easy. Every time I walked in, they had everything ready to sign, I was in there for less than 5 minutes. This office is awesome and I wouldn't have a different one. Always professional and helpful. Great customer service.

  Recently we switched our homeowner’s insurance policy to State Farm. Celeste Suiter is my awesome insurance broker! She was able to get us an additional $63k in coverage and a WAY better policy all around! Great customer service through Kent Bohanan’s office. I highly recommend them to everyone!!   Best service ever! The most professional and knowledgeable insurance agency in Paducah. Very friendly and helpful with any and all questions concerning insurance, loans and mortgages.
