  This company is great! So easy and quick to get a cash loan on the spot. When you need or want some extra cash, while you have an account there, it's super quick for that too.. I like the staff, always upbeat and smiling, great customer service, thankyou Angie. I needed/wanted a loan to pay on regularly to improve my credit rating, which it has steadily increased to the point where I have great credit😁

  Got a loan, Covid-19 hit and I’m the only one working in my family. Stayed in contact with them and yet still they garnished my pay at almost $200 a week and all they can say is well sorry. 🖕🏼🖕🏼

  If I could give this company and its subsidiaries zero stars I would. Do not do business with these people. They are rude, disrespectful, and they have zero customer service skills. They talk down to like your a pile of dirt under their shoes. The people @ southern loans also treat people the same way! They will don't care how you get them their money even if that means your a broke joke! They don't listen to reason nor to they care to listen to what you have to say! They are extremely forceful and will yell @ you even if your trying to work with them and have communicated a problem! Stay as far away from this loan company as you can!

  I have been advised because I am a contractor for doordash that my income isn't good enough for them to give me a small personal loan. Even though I can verify my weekly earnings through the app and on my bank statements.

  Lindsey the manager is incompetent of doing her job and training her employees to do theirs as well. Maybe if they had someone better leading them to success, they could give better customer service.

  Beyond Rude, uninformative, Stephanie Sanchez and the manager (Christy McCarthy) totally ignored my request to speak with her until I asked a 3rd time. Asked for a superior they informed me the number would come in the mail. I've never felt so disrespected when I was nothing but courteous. I WOULD RATHER BORROW MONEY From a Bookie 🖕🏾Y'all

  I have a loan with them. I am paying now i got off track, but now i am paying close to what i can. The call you all the time. When i told that girl that works their that she has not my consent to keep calling so many times during the week over the phone, she went off, then wispered to the peoplw working their that i was yelling. I was not yelling. She angry cause i ask her not to call so much, plus im trying to pay and work with them. The black girl yelled over my voice over and over not letting me get one word in. I was trying to tell her im cutting grass and braiding hair to pay the 46.00 dollars. She was extrenely rude, Then she hung up on me saying have a blessed day. She did all this cause no one could here me asking her to listen to my side and im trying to make payments. Also a nother woman text saying they will take my Ssi away, that a lawyer will charge me extra fees etc. Im not sure if its the supervisor, but if it is it apears she lets her crew talk to you anyway. That black female is very cruel, and prideful. When i go in to pay she gives smurks toward me, and gets other involved. I can tell they all dont want any part of it. She gets away with talking to customers anyway, as long as she can hide it. Pluse dont get loans from here. I owe way more than i borrowed that i cant handle. I borrowed 250. I owe about 1598. Robbery. They prey on the poor. If you loan from this rude place you will be a slave to them And workers can treat you any kind of way. Worst place to go to. Rude supervisers and workers.

  Super friendly and helped me in my time of need. They explained everything to me and even made my first loan interest free since I only needed it until my tax return came back.
