  When I went to pay my loan back and get my very nice top of the line TV it had a piece of rubber sealing sticking out between the screen and the frame. It looked like a fat rubberband dangling. I simply asked how we can sort it out.The employee after flicking it a few times responded with "it's just cosmetic and it doesnt mess up the viewing". And only offered to take 1/2 off the interest. Also said it must of happened when the weather was hot the day before. Bad business. Poorly trained employees.

  Told they give loans on laptops and to bring mine in to check price... Drove there with my tank way passed E and red lining it. Get there dude behind the counter takes a half a look at it and says "no way". The operating system was out dated. I was like why the hell didn't you mention that restriction over the phone b4 wasting my time & gas...made it seem like anything would do
