  Super long lines, it's due to the surrounding Banks are closed so this particular Branch was overwhelmed with customers. I don't know if that's changed or not otherwise the service is good and the people are nice and it's very small though.

  Had my 89 year old mother waiting for 2 hrs. CORPORATE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE why the management won't make changes.....I WILL NEVER EVER PUT ANOTHER PENNY IN THIS BANK !!! I AM, AS WELL AS MY ENTIRE FAMILY DONE WITH B OF A. Taking all our trust funds and transferring to another bank.

  Every time I come here there's a huge line of people and only 1 teller when they have 3 windows. Horrible management and service. Their reviews really reflect the truth.

  Wasted a whole Saturday here just for some basic changes to some accounts. Need to retrain employees to work with the computers. The information from one employee to another does not match. Can’t wait to cancel my account with Bank of America. Probably will take an act of god to cancel it just like it took today to accomplish anything.

  Every 2 hours service one person, nice job! I should get a good job here, no stress and nobody push you doing the job. I had every never seen in my life. BTW nice and cozy nursing home.

  Updating my first review. The link on the reply doesn’t work. That is a generic response from a computer. And the bank manager called me back which I thought was awesome. I told her can I call you back because I was at work myself. I’ve tried calling back several times, and would you believe it nobody is answering the phone. What a surprise.

  1 hour and a half waiting to make a depossit and the bank "will not take cash"only cashier's check or money order..would you believe it a bank that don't take cash to make a deposit in one of their own account customer???the teller told me to go to Stater Brothers? to buy a cashier's check or money order she will not even sell me cashier check to deposit in one of their own. pathetic customer service
