  Franco, Susie, Spencer, and his entire team deliver 5 star service. The process from beginning to end was smooth and quickly done. We closed in a few weeks with no issues! They offer excellent communication throughout the transaction and all the representatives are very personable and friendly. They are the best in the business.   Used them recently to buy a home on the recommendation of my realtor and could not be more pleased with the speed and efficiency of Franco and his team! Even with a slight delay due to the appraisal my purchase was completed in just under 30 days. They were great at explaining when I had questions as well. I definitely recommend them to anybody who needs their services! This is the 2nd home I’ve purchased and they made the process very smooth.

  I can't begin to describe how positive my experience was. If I could give 10 stars I would. Franco and his team are literally amazing. They are on top of everything. I was already pre-approved elsewhere, but was referred to Sierra Pacific when we needed to meet a tight deadline for closing. That offer fell through, and we chose to stick with Sierra Pacific and I'm glad we did. Not only was the interest rate better, the response times and ability to close so quickly was unbelievable! Do yourself a favor and give Sierra Pacific a call. You have to see for yourself! Definitely recommend!

  After unsuccesfully trying to refinance my two properties with a bank that I had a long term relationship with I contacted Franco and his team. From first contact to closing was three weeks and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
